Ingredients
Vitamin B3
Individuals who consume alcohol excessively over a prolonged period are especially prone to deficiencies in vitamin B.
The late John P. Cleary, MD, believed that ‘Alcohol Use Disorder‘ were amongst a category of diseases known as the NAD Deficiency Diseases.
Cleary believed through long-term alcohol use, which leads to a lack of NAD, results in diseases or unwanted behaviours and addictions.
The principle treatment for the NAD disease disorder is the administration of optimal amounts of vitamin B3 in order to cover the NAD receptor sites and shut-off the vicious addiction withdrawal cycle.
L-Tryptophan
Tryptophan is closely linked to the production of serotonin. This neurotransmitter may play a key role in addiction recovery.
Overtime, the brain grows accustomed to drinking alcohol. Without these substances, former alcohol drinkers may experience a deficit of essential neurotransmitters, like serotonin, resulting in increased depressive symptoms.
Supplementing tryptophan may help restore the brain’s neurotransmitter function, particularly that of serotonin, to normal levels.
Choline
It affects liver performance, brain growth, muscle coordination, the nervous system, and metabolic processes. Thus, sufficient levels are essential for optimal well-being. However, many people are not meeting the recommended intake for this nutrient.
Alcohol increases the body’s need for choline, and excessive alcohol consumption can lead to a relative choline deficiency, especially in individuals with inadequate diets.
Vitamin B12
Chronic alcohol use can cause the malabsorption of Vitamin B12.
Alcohol can damage the lining of the stomach and intestines, reducing the production of intrinsic factor, which is essential for B12 absorption. Alcohol-related liver damage can also affect the body’s ability to store and release B12.
Bacopa monnieri
Drinking any amount of alcohol can have a detrimental effect on the brain, and Bacopa or “Brahmi” could help.
Bacopa Monnieri has been a supplement for its mental benefits for thousands of years. It is also known as a nootropic or “smart drug”, which is an over-the-counter substance that may contribute to cognitive performance and help block alcohol cravings.
Bacopa is known for potentially reducing cravings in those with many addiction issues too.
Each monthly supply delivers the optimal dosage through just two daily capsules. Our premium liver supplements are crafted to work naturally with your body’s recovery process, supporting your journey to better health.
Important Safety Note:
If you are taking SSRI medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use, as Tryptophan may interact with SSRI medications.

I bought this along with the anti-craving tablets, as they are quite expensive on their own. I do feel a lot better after quitting alcohol, and I found that the craving capsules worked well to help me quit. Although I can’t really tell if the liver supplements have made a difference to my body, I originally found this product because I was looking for supplements that contained choline and tryptophan.
