Talk to a specialist counsellor about your drinking and how you will cut down or stop so you can enjoy life again. The counsellor will help you with your goals, plans and concerns and guide you in taking control of your drinking.
All counsellors are registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and specialise in alcohol and addiction counselling.
